The 30ft conveyor configuration gives dishwashing its own workspace during a kitchen closure or temporary meal operation. The package includes the high-temperature conveyor machine, soil tray, three-compartment and handwashing sinks, preparation table, storage and wire racks, water heater, and mop sink.
Its example supply is 220V, three-phase, 200A. Give that information to the site team at the start of the discussion, then confirm the schedule for the assigned unit; the 38ft conveyor example uses a different electrical arrangement.
Size the work before and after the conveyor
Mechanical rack movement does not remove sorting, scraping, loading, unloading, or clean-rack collection. Describe the longest return period and the plates, trays, utensils, and pans arriving during it.
Bring hot-water and electrical needs into the same review
High-temperature sanitation uses hot water. Check the installed machine’s heating and water requirements with drainage, service access, and the trailer’s electrical schedule before connections are arranged.
