The 38ft high-temperature conveyor gives a temporary operation room to organize receiving, manual sink work, machine washing, and clean-item handling. Its package includes a soil tray, three-compartment and handwashing sinks, preparation table, storage and wire racks, water heater, and mop sink.
This example uses 220V, single-phase, 300A. It needs its own electrical review, particularly when being compared with the 30ft conveyor’s three-phase, 200A example.
Plan for the return pattern, not just the machine
Trays, plates, pans, and utensils can arrive in different waves. Show how they are sorted and racked, where manual washing happens, and where clean items are collected. Those stations need to keep pace with the conveyor.
Confirm the heating and connection package
Review the offered water heater, any booster requirements, incoming supply, drainage, and electrical connection with the site team. Keep operating and service access in the placement plan.
